How are you travelling my friend?

I hope your life is flowing gently and you are feeling balanced and happy.  It’s hard to believe its October right?  This year seems to be flying past!

It’s so important to balance our busy lives with lots of opportunities for inner nourishment and nurture.  We need more than good nutrition to maintain health.

Did you know that health comes from a happy spirit?  Everything starts here.  A happy spirit is calm, relaxed and naturally joyful.  It is so important to take care of ourselves by ensuring our inner spirit is receiving the nourishment it needs.

Are you getting what you need energetically? Ask yourself these questions to find out:

  •  Do you have enough rest and leisure time?
  •  Enough opportunities to share your love with people?
  •  Are you open to receive love and support from the people around you?

I find that if I can attend to these 3 questions I can maintain a happy and balanced state of mind.

It’s imperative to have enough ‘time out” for yourself.  Life is busy for most of us.  Make sure you love yourself enough to do things you enjoy EVERYDAY.  Not once a week.  That’s not enough.  Every day needs to be enjoyable!  If you can make this a priority you will feel soo much better and have so much more energy to share!

So when you ARE filled with love and joy, who does it flow to? We all need people we care about to share our love with. And I don’t mean using effort.  I mean letting WHO YOU ARE flow outwards.  There is so much pleasure and joy in sharing who you are with others! This is the true meaning of service.  No effort, just the overflow of love from within you.  How do you share your Self in ways that feel authentic and joyful?  How does this make you feel?

We all need to feel safe and supported in the world.  We need each other.  We are one human family.  No one need be an island to himself.  The world is full of amazing, beautiful and delightful people! You deserve to be part of a supportive, loving and positive community.

We all thrive when we are loved, so make it a priority to surround yourself with people who support you in being your magnificent joyful Self!

Love yourself enough to allow Love to flow in and out of you, freely and easily and let go of the things that stop the flow.  (Wu Tao is great for this!

 Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.
