• 2-3 spring onions in 2 cm lengths,
  • Vegetable mix such as carrots, mushrooms, capsicum, zucchini, broccoli, celery, snow peas and chinese greens.
  • Mung Bean sprouts
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • tamari
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice

In a wok, heat up 1 tsp sesame and 1 tsp olive oil. Put in 1 chopped garlic clove and spring onions. Cook for a minute. Add veggies except chinese greens and snow peas and stir. Add a bit of water, put the lid on and simmer for a couple of minutes until the veggies are tender but still crisp. Add chinese greens and snow peas and stir for 2 minutes. Add 1 cup of bean sprouts, a sprinkling of tamari and serve with brown rice

Tahini Ginger Dressing

 

  • 1 tbspn grated ginger
  • 2 tbspn tahini
  • ΒΌ cup water
  • Splash of tamari or soy sauce
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Dash of chilli sauce (optional)

 

Mix all ingredients together until a smooth sauce is formed that can be poured. Not too thick and not too thin. Just right! This sauce goes extremely well with salmon as well as vegetables.
