The sessions are most effective when offered on a weekly basis and are suitable for low care, high care and people with dementia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_7\">The programs are tailored to the participating individuals and cater for mobility modifications and the varying needs of participants&#8217; care and assistance.<\/p>\n<p>We recommend a maximum of 20 participants per session with at least 1 staff member in attendance to support people with mobility or cognitive impairment. This ensures everyone can participate and receive full benefit from the program.
