The 7 Day Bali Instructor Training

Will transform and heal you from the inside out and prepare you for teaching Wu Tao within your community. Daily Classes, morning and afternoon teaching workshops, deep process work and personal mentoring from Michelle Locke will purify your body and mind and nourish your soul. You will be supported gently but firmly, to release the things that block your natural flow and make choices that support the flowering of your spirit. This process gives you the skills to share the Wu Tao experience with others in an authentic, pure and joyful way. You will leave the program filled with energy, vitality and the knowing of who you are, ready to face the world with equanimity, grace and joy!

Deep process into past and present fears and blockages, freeing space and cleaning of old patterns, but most of all, the kind and soft teaching of Michelle has opened a large door into my soul. Her heart, love and her trust were the cocoon on which I felt safe to love and trust life as it is, to love and trust myself as I am and to free the joy, love and compassion I’d like to share with others. All my thanks to you Michelle and the wonderful supportive group.”
