Wu Tao NYC’s instructor Anna Brooke is the first licensed Wu Tao teacher in North America. Based in Brooklyn, NY, Anna’s background in dance, performance and the healing arts prepared her very well for teaching this wonderful modality. Classes are held regularly at Brooklyn’s Shambhala East (www.shambhalayogadance.com) and she will be teaching guest classes in Southern New Jersey, Massachusetts and in and around her hometown of NYC.
