Hi, my name is Jo-Anne Henderson & am originally from the UK and now living in New Zealand. I have loved to dance ever since a young child and was involved in many dance productions and especially enjoyed Latin styles of dance.      

Wu Tao came into my life 5 years ago when I needed it! It changed my life in such a positive way with its gentle nurturing support. My background is in Occupational Therapy and has a special interest in fatigue management so Wu Tao is perfect for transforming fatigue into energy. To complement this work I am also training in the field of Healing Touch (Level 2) a bio energy field therapy.  Over the last few years I have been passionately working to bring together Wu Tao & Healing Touch to complement Occupational Therapy practice in fatigue management. In March 2015 I will be launching my private practice with Life Dance Energy Rehabilitation of which Wu Tao in its entirety is an integral part standing in the centre! This will all be happening in the heart of the community that I love and where I live in Portobello, Dunedin.
