Linda Says

I have been teaching Wu Tao dance in Mandurah over the past 7 years and really value the therapeutic nature of the dances and meditation. For me, Wu Tao has been a journey of enlightenment, nurturing a heart-felt connection to the world, to the changing of the seasons, the beauty of nature and the natural flow of life. I feel much more aware of my own body, mind and emotions when dancing, and love the sense of flow, harmony and peace I can share with others when I teach the dances.

I have more than 35 years’ experience as an occupational therapist and currently work part time in a unique home-based private practice, specializing in soft tissue therapy and pain management. I enjoy the healing that comes through my work and through Wu Tao dance.
