What my volunteer trip to Nepal reminded me about purpose
I am writing to you today with a very full heart.
I returned last week from an extraordinary volunteer trip to Nepal, and the whole experience reminded me of a truth I hold deeply: there is nothing quite like the feeling of following your passion and serving others.

While in Nepal, I had the incredible privilege of facilitating a workshop on palliative care for 50 nurses, doctors and caregivers. To share compassionate care practice with these amazing healthcare workers on the front lines was beyond humbling. It was a powerful reminder that when we step into our purpose, listen to the nudges of the universe, and say yes to our dreams, the ripple effect reaches further than we can imagine.
When you do work that aligns with your heart, it doesn’t drain you, it fills your cup to overflowing.
And that brings me directly to you.
Over the past few weeks, many of you have reached out with enquiries and questions about our upcoming Wu Tao Instructor Training Program.
